All products will be shipped via Australia Post at a cost of $10 (minimum, additional charges will apply for additional items) within Australia or $20 (minimum, additional charges will apply for additional items) outside of Australia.
Shipping times may be between 5-6 days within Australia and 7-14 days outside of Australia.

You may return/exchange an unused product in good condition within 30 days of the invoice, excluding digital material. We will refund your account for returned merchandise, minus the postage and handling fee, once merchandise has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be in resalable condition. Credits will not be issued for items in non-usable condition. The customer is responsible for properly packaging and protecting the item for shipment back to The Senegambian Jazz Band.
If you receive a defective product we will pay for the return shipping expense. Please include a copy of your invoice to ensure proper credit.
